Fermented and aged for about 10 months in 40 new oak barrels. Andy Howard MW: Smoky oak. Plenty of drive, intensity and focus. A rich palate with great acidity to keep all in check. Concentrated, lovely purity. Tom Parker MW: Toasted rye and fresh herbs on the nose, with freshly squeezed lemons and a subtle creaminess. Real generosity and weight against the core of fruit.
