Fresh aromas of creamy lime parfait, lemon curd, vanilla wafer and a touch of wild mint form the nose. The palate also has a yummy creamy lemon pudding characteristic with additional notes of white peach, yellow pear, and sweet baking spices. Admittedly I dont gravitate towards Sauvingon Blanc when reaching to drink a wine, but I would purchase this bottle on any restaurant list I find this summer. 10,000 cases produced. ;
